Our Story

I Dunk at 5'6".

Not once, not on a lowered rim — I've got about a 50-inch vertical, which is why people call me “More Bounce.”

The first one wasn't even on purpose. Sixth grade, messing around after practice, and it just happened. I was a multi-sport kid growing up — football, basketball, whatever was in season — and looking back, football is where the hand speed came from.

Nobody plans to become a dunker at 5'6". You just keep jumping until one day you notice you're clearing rims that guys a foot taller can't touch.

~50" Vertical

The Method

Once you've got about 5 inches of rim clearance, dunking stops being about height and starts being about hand speed and coordination. At that point, you can do almost any dunk in the book.

Train Smart

  • I don't max-jump in training.
  • Practice is for building movement.
  • Lower-body lifting is minimal.

Mobility First

Stretching is the most important part of what I do. After dealing with jumper's knee, rest and mobility brought me back faster than any amount of squatting.
